1/2 Cup Butter Or Margarine
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onions
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Bell Pepper
1 Pound Diced American Process Cheese
1 Teaspoon Sherry
1/2 Cup Catsup
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Drops Liquid Hot Pepper Sauce

chop Shrimp. In A Large Mixing Bowl Combine Shrimp, Butter And Vegetables. Cover And Microwave On High For 5 Minutes.

in Another Bowl, Combine Remaining Ingredients. Cover And Microwave On Medium For 4 Minutes, Stirring Twice. Combine Both Mixture And Reheat On Low For 2 Minutes.

serve Hot With Crackers, Chips Or Fresh Fruit Wedges.

makes 3 Cups Dip.
